Nik started his real estate career in 2008, during one of the most challenging housing markets. Instead of learning real estate in an easy market, he learned it when strategy, problem solving, negotiation, and strong representation actually mattered. Working with investors during that time gave him a deep understanding of property value, market shifts, risk, opportunity, and the importance of helping clients make decisions based on facts, not emotion or guesswork.
